It's not only the longest running, but also the largest and the market leader. In all that time I don't think he's ever had as much as ...

In answer to what's happening, I don't think anyone knows. The boards are filled with queries and not one person has had a response this week. This is very, very unusual and my only conclusion is that Colin is on holiday, and nobody else is either answering our queries or has the authority to do so....
