No payments for nearly ten days and no response

I've not had any payments from when I worked on the 9th January and credits have gone from my adultwork account. I also can't get a response to my emails or messages on adultwork and on this forum.

Hi I've sent email plus a message through adultwork and had no response. I haven't received my money from Saturday and Sunday (9th and 10th) and the credits in my adultwork account have all gone, there has been no payment into my bank account.
