I use Firefox and it has been problematic (and occasionally Safari). If it is a browser thing, which browser do people use with good results? Or bad.... Perhaps through order of elimination, hmmm?

I have lost soooo much potential work tonight because of that bloody "SYSTEM ERROR. Error connecting to sever" instantly logging me of and ending the chat.

Please sort out this mess! Is there any news regarding the much needed fixes?

I'm so frustrated too... There are in fact many issues with the new directcam such as the above and also being logged out when waiting for clients.

Can we just bring back to old software? I specially downloaded (and paid for) a way to run Windows on my Mac for this.

Hiya Admin I thought I would just update ya'll with the situation. I'll keep this short and sweet: As I am using mac, I downloaded a program so I can run windows. And yes, it seems to be working much better now! If you ever have any questions about it all, please feel free to ask. All the best Candy x

I wonder if a Windows-on-Mac converter/program would be any good for this, so I can run the JustCam .exe? Anyone out there have any experience with this? Might just give it a shot

Thanks for the reply. I'm on mac, so using the browser version. I don't think there is a way to get in to the settings as much as the software...? Unless there is something I'm missing?
