You took money out of my AW account 2 and half hours ago.

I've been asking for it urgently.But you are not putting it into my bank, you never hold it for this long!

Hi, out of spite for what? The staff who process the payments have no communication with the members unless they are sending an email to say negative balance or no funds etc. They will only see your username, they dont know you.

The staff have no reason not the send the funds asap after transferring them.

Funds sent on a Sunday generally arrive within 2 hours but they sometimes wont until the next working day, we have no control over the banks sorry.
