What with all the issues AW have been having lately, I'm sure quite a few of you are thinking of offering independent camshows through skype etc. This is just a reminder to NEVER USE PAYPAL to accept payment for this!!
Perhaps some of you are not aware that in fact Paypal does not accept payments through its servers that are adult related - that could mean camshows, used underwear, sex toys, escort meets, sugar daddy arrangements. Here are the penalties for breaking Paypals t&c's:
They will ban your account
$500 fine
They can freeze your bank account until the funds are recovered to pay the fine
They will start debt recovery proceedings which could result in a CCJ on your file & fucked up credit for at least 10 years if you don't pay
Beyond the financial repercussions, there is also the fact that:
Guys can see your REAL address and details when you use PayPal
Guys can and WILL chargeback the payment
If you're taking a camsite member offsite and it was arranged via their email system you can get reported and banned
In short, NEVER EVER EVER use Paypal for Camshows or anything adult related at all. Or you will pay the price!
