Can you help re pay query

Hey

so not been paid again today ...confused as sometimes il do 140 credits and i get paid out 100 in morn and sometimes i do 155 and i don't get paid until i do 160 to get 100. just wanna resolve this as I'm pregnant and tired so sometimes i just wanna hit 100 for myself an then rest but sometimes u pay me at 140 and sometimes 160 so I'm confused xxx
