Direct cam issues PLEASE HELP!! ADMIN

Hi , I login to just cam it and on my profile it says Iam available for direct cam .. After around 3 mins it says Iam not available for direct cam and also there is no sign of me on the "available now " page !! I keep login out and back in but it seems to give the same problem over and over ..can you help please it has been happing all day and therefore no one can enter my room .. Thanks
