jci disconnecting
jci keeps disconnecting on me today. am i the only one?

Did you update to the new JCI? it seems to have solved the issues.

I've been getting a lot of disconnects using the new version of the software. Had three in the last half hour alone

Was reading help centre, just mentions things like not enough bandwidth or settings too high etc.

Yeah I know - thanks! My bandwidth is pretty good (I have more than the 1.5 upload it's saying). Maybe it's just a glitch at my end that will fix itself - fingers crossed!
