trouble getting on to AW Site and JCI

hey I cant even access aw website and tried to log on through JCI and keeps saying can not connect i was on earlier and all was working fine, been like this for 20 mins now well annoyed, do you have any information about whats going on?

Apparently it's something that's only happening to people using Virgin Media - they seem to be blocking AW for some reason. You can read more about it here -
