Have already emailed about this but the mistake has not been addressed. I was only paid roughly half my earnings. Other half is there in credits and has not been debited. The response is saying my account is negative balance which it is most definitely not. Feeling reluctant to work as don't want to make money to not be paid it.

Hi, as mentioned in the email, all available funds are always sent. Its not possible for us to overwrite Adultworks rules. Either the credits havent matured, checkable down the right hand side here http://www.adultwork.com/CreditsHistory.asp or you have a negative balance and we are unable to send the funds. Nothing was wrong and everything is working as normal.

In all cases unless specified by the member all funds are sent that are available for transfer.

Okay thanks, will wait and try again for remaining credits to be transferred as there is definitely more than enough there to transfer.

Hi, yes, the negative balance doesnt mean you have a negative AW balance as such. Its a long explanation for how it works but you only need to earn a few credits (6.88 from the pic) in order to make the transfer.

Theres info on the negative balance on the net, most are incorrect but if we get a chance we'll right a help article on it. Its nothing to worry about and you arent losing any money from it either.
