Oh gosh, I just remembered this game and checked the lotto numbers just now. They added up to 207 and my guess was 208. I have scrolled back through all the posts and no one seems to have guessed 207. Have I won?

In your example that you gave for working out "EG, if the Lotto balls are, 5, 17, 23, 35, 4, 22 and bonus ball is 9 then the correct answer will be 106"

The total sum of the 6 main lotto balls in your example above is 106 and if you add on the bonus ball it totals 115. So I thought from your example we were only meant to be guessing the 6 main lotto balls as you referred to them as the "lotto balls" and "bonus ball" and the answer to your example sum tallied with it just being the 6 main balls .

Yes, it was the wording that initially confused me, as as you referred to the main 6 as "lotto balls" and then called the bonus ball the "bonus ball" I wasn't sure if it was to be included. That was when I used your example sum to double check and as you gave the correct answer as being 106 and the main 6 alone added up to 106 (with your example bonus included it was 115) that is why I thought bonus wasn't to be included.

I wasn't part of your group last time this game was played, so didn't know about the past rules, at least I will know for next time! Though as I am superstitious, I think the number I picked last time will remain my choice forever now!
