When will I be accepted

I signed up to dailypayservice a few days ago and I haven't heard anything back , how long will it take to come a verified member , can some one please get back to me . Thank you (UK-TINXXX)

Honestly I also applied a while ago and I have tried to contact them on EVERY single platform they have listed on their site and this forum except a phone call.
Guessing they just dont want new members or have terrible customer service.
I want to get to work
