Is any one having any problems with direct im.

Im logged in and offering free chat, but people cant access my room. They are unable to stay in my room has any one else had issues or does any one have any advice.

Any help would be greatly apreaciated.

Did you have a regular try to access the room? what did he say happened when he tried to enter.
