Direct cam unsupported

Need help I set up a new profile and since its been saying direct cam unsupported on and off which is kicking people out once in I am getting no traffic because of it. Its the same internet as I used on my old profile and it was fine it's over 800 kbs

Hi, we would have to be online same time as you to check. FPS needs to be constantly above 15fps, CPU below 75%. 1500kbps is the ideal net speed for all devices.
If possible, when you are online, sent an image of your video settings in jci and also the numbers under your webcam feed while looking at jci.
Having a new profile wont affect JCI at all.

So I have sent pics through what's app was all fine earlier now its started again I have noticed the fps is dropping below 10 and I think that is making it unsupported but then going back up to 17 and then it's fine what could be causing this what is fps and how do I correct it

Hi, lighting can cause FPS to go up and down alot. Natural light is bad. Laptop performance is the only other thing that will affect it really.
