Zelle Payments

Hi, starting a thread on this to keep any Zelle members up to date. We have been having a little trouble sending $ to any new recipients, few weeks of back and forth with the bank and no solutions, today the bank suggested un-enrolling with Zelle and re-enrolling, so we done that. All recipients were deleted in this process. Now as everyone is technically a new recipient we cant send any Zelle out.
Back on the phone with the bank again and they think they have pin pointed the issue, they say its related to their sms authetication service, its not sending us a code to verify its us. They have now opened a case with their tech team to look into this and resolve the issue, they say 5 working days from this moment.
We'll keep everyone informed via this thread as it progresses.
