Hiya,

Im new to the forum and really hope someone can help.

On Tuesday I signed in to Adultwork to find my webcam tab had gone. When I tried to tick the box for webcam in 'Registration Details' it said I had to re-verify as I had accessed AW from a country with alot of fraudulent users or something. So I uploaded an image of myself with my AW details and I uploaded a form of ID. I then signed back into AW later that evening to find I was still locked out of my webcam, so I uploaded the requested details again. Yesterday morning I signed in to find nothing had changed and I was still unable to select webcam, so resent details AGAIN but now think they will not use them as the details contained Tuesday's date. I sent an email via the help page and directly to dailypay admin from my email address but still nothing.

Can somebody please advise as to what I am supposed to do next to get my webcam account back.

I already re-verified 3 times and emailed several times but to no avail Im stressing out now because it happened on Tuesday and I still cant access my webcam account and work.

Hi, re-verified account.

AW make you re-verify every so often to make sure the same person is still using the account.

You should be able to login to the chatroom now?
