Hi havnt receive a reply on any of my emails this past week , is there a problem?. Also sent a req and need this as soon as possible .

Hi, with nearly 7k+ emails and everyones apparently having an emergency all at the same time (every time) its created another back log.
Over 380+ people have sent in an application form so working my way slowly through those and customer service emails.
