Still no word on the status of my referrals account approval

I referred Harvey_Hard_On almost 3 weeks back, he has submitted all proper docs, admin asked for his username but never followed up. Here it is. Is there anyway someone can help check on the status? Streamate has not replied in over a week and he wants to start making money.
