ADMIN about how long are approvals taking?

I don't want to be annoying but streamate took a week to cancel my account and so I've been without any money :[ plus I'm not sure if ill be accepted because I was with internet modeling so I'm very eager to find out any help is greatly appreciated

Thank you admin for the quick reply but after sending my model forms I can't log into streamate! My email and password combo don't work and when I say I forgot my password it says it doesn't recognize my email! Did they ban me or something?
