Hi
After changing to daily pay! Iv'e noticed I'm doing same hours as was when I was on weekly pay. but for some reason I'm not seeing the right amount of cash going in to my bank account? I know you take fee's but surely it can't be half of what I'm working? Also what does minimum payment mean...

Hi, just seeing these messages now sorry.
A username change (without notification) caused a delay in payment sorry.
Normally we are able to tell who the new username belongs to but on the odd occasion we cant sorry.
System updated now and payments will be sent as normal.
