I was planning to ask you for a loan on Wednesday and for you to clear any remaining owing balance on my current loan from Wednesday's money. I understand this might not be possible now due to you being over worked and under staffed at the moment so I won't be sending an email regarding this.

I thought it might not do any harm posting on here about it though. Was I right in thinking that or do you not want any posts on here either?

Sorry to keep posting but just noticed I earned approx £42 yesterday evening and owed £30 on the loan but have only received £100, by these calculations I should have received £110 today. Is that all correct?

We took this off your balance to give -£50, added the earnings to give -£8.78 then sent the loan.

No loan repayment was taken off the last 2 days.
