Hello everyone,
Just wondering if anyone is able to shed some light on what has happened to me. I started Adultwork with one profile, it started to run a bit dry and I also felt that it didn't actually suit my personality well and so I created another profile... Which I have been using for about a week now. I stopped using the first one but didn't delete it so that I could look at my transfer history and have it active if I needed to access it for tax purposes. Anyway all of a sudden today my second profile gets suspended.. I am told that my the authenticity of my photographs has come under question. I told them about my first profile, the whole story I've written above, and I took it down as well, so that they don't think I'm up to anything dodgy. I have sent over a verification photo and Id photo but that was at 6pm last night (30th Oct). It only usually takes them 10-15 minutes to respond to my queries/emails, so why is the verification taking such a long time? Does this mean I've been rejected?
Any advice? Many thanks!

Re: Help! profile suspended?
It says in the terms you are only allowed to have 1 profile.
You had 2.
So you were not following the rules that you agreed to by signing up.
So, yes AW had every right to delete both profiles.
It sucks. But it's best to follow the rules so this kind of stuff doesnt happen.

Hi, yip only one profile at a time. Set the first to seeking services then it becomes ok.
The line "It only usually takes them 10-15 minutes to respond to my queries/emails, so why is the verification taking such a long time?" is somewhat annoying in customer service. Just because they managed to reply quickly to the first set of emails doesnt mean you should always expect this, its quite unreasonable to put such pressure on the people replying to emails, your not the only person emailing them.
AW state 48 hours for a reply so you should always wait 48 hours. If you dont get a response within 48 hours I would email asking for them to check it for you.
Thanks
