Hi folks. Taking ideas for this years Xmas comp, if you have any post it below please. Last year I think we gave away £1000 cash?

-I think last years comp was really good motivation to get online more, it would've been cool to have some kind of leader board (where girls can opt in / out - not with earnings but just positions.)

-You could set a goal amount for the month of December & any girl to hit the target gets a bonus £100

- Or you could have different prizes: most time online in December, highest earnings on cam, highest earnings through videos

Just a few ideas off the top of my head xx

Some kind of leaderboard sounds good. Nothing like a healthy bit of competition to motivate !

My only concern would be if it is just from Adultwork (ie not including streamate for example), I don't know how good it would be.. Adultwork seems to be totally dead at the moment. Barely any traffic around compared to the likes of Streamate.
But i'm deffo up for something, it sounds good. A great motivator.

I think that you should split the comp in 4 weeks starting beginning of December. The top 2-3 earners of those week earn an extra bonus on Payout. An as Elouise suggested a leader board, so you can have a rough idea where you stand in the comp. An at the end of the 4 weeks whichever performer has the highest combined earning from all the weeks, win another amount which she gets in her first payout for January ( will come in handy for whoever wins, as January is the toughest month).

So yeah if the jackpot is £1000 again. I say split it, it means everyone have a chance to win over a period of time.

Oh exciting! I just missed the one last year, can someone explain what happened and what the targets were like? Need to assess if I'm in with any chance lol x

There was no targets as such just whoever earned the most xx

Hehe yeah me too! It's a great idea though as even if you don't win, the extra motivation means that you'll probably still earn more than you might've done normally xx

But last year it was only for those who is on AW, I'd love to include Streamate girls too and also agree that splitting jackpot is nice, and leader board is GREAT motivation!

I agree including Streamate too!! AW most days is like pulling teeth

Maybe like a 10 days of Christmas giveaway? As an idea , you could put all of our names ( that have actually earned something the previous day ) in a daily draw and the winner of the day gets a lil bonus on top of her pay

Hi, the idea of the prize money being split sounds good.

4 total prizes, most earned each week until 25th Dec then an overall winner.

The 3 weeks would be:

4th - 11th Dec (8 days) (£100 prize)
12th - 18th Dec (7 days) (£100 prize)
19th - 25th Dec (7 days) (£100 prize)

Then the overall winner gets £700 sent to their account.




A leaderboard is a good idea but it would be hard for us to keep track of on this end. I will attempt to do a weekly leaderboard and see how it goes, if alot of people enter the comp compiling a leaderboard will takes a very long time so will keep it to top 10 members.


For SM/MFC and LJ we actually make no money from these sites at all due to the way things are set up + C4S havent paid us in months now so we will be keeping it to AW members only. SM members are already being treated with a higher % though so thats grand there.
