Sign up process for referral taking up to a month

I referred my friend, Harvey_Hard_On (Streamate) a month ago. It took some convincing to assure him that giving up 5% of his earnings was worth it for your services. He has had much trouble signing up, and is dealing with a very long wait. Today he received an email about his account being approved for Streamate, but the issue that now remains is he has never received a Payoneer sign up link for ACH Direct Deposit after filling out the payment method form 3x. He is very eager to get started and I would really appreciate if this link could be sent his way. He is an extremely hard, dedicated worker and the extra money is very important to him at this point in his life. Thank you.
