Admin: New Couple Account Through Daily Pay

My girlfriend and I have a couple account on Streamate but would like to start working under Daily Pay. Everything is under her name--she's the account holder and the payee information. I don't see my name anywhere on the site. I did send in my age verification documents, but other than our account being under "female female", my real name isn't associated with the account from what I can see.

Could I sign up through Daily Pay for a couple account if I am the account holder since I am not an account holder on Streamate myself? I'd like to start working for Daily Pay as soon as possible but because we are waiting on payment, we couldn't sign up for an account before the 7th. Since the account will be under a different account holder, do we still need to close out that account before signing up under my name?
