Free gallery pictures getting removed?

Hi , I uploaded a normal photo to my free gallery , head shoulders , cleavage with a top on.. and it got deleted by adult work ... I have seen other girls with more explicit and naked photos on there profile free gallery and just wondered why this was... and if possible how to change this, as it seems a bit strange??! anyone else having this problem? or know anything about it..... many thanks!!
