Just Cam It services disabled or removed, can you help?

I had not logged into work in a few works and I go a few days ago to log in and all my services are disabled so I can not connect to JUSTCAMIT. I contact support and the said to contact some boss person email address for verification but I've already been verified for months now. Can you hep? I also sent you an email but never got any responses back so I wanted to come and posted it here.

AW ask members to re-verify every so often to make sure the profile is still being used by the same person.

I contacted support again and it's finally fixed.

Hi, its a bit of a nuisance when that happens.

2 solutions so far for it, upload another set of docs or contact them asking for it to be re-enabled. Most of the time sending a message works but sometimes they really do need re-verification
