Urgent : Slow payment / Intrigued how it works again

Hello admin,
I am not new to how adultwork/daily pay works. I was friendly with your boss Collin a few years back. If you could have him reply I would very much appreciate it. He's helped me out many of times and I helped him and the community fix their macbook JCI problems. I would like to get back in contact with him regarding some things..if that's ok.
1. Is this just the customer service option and NOT the payment option. Am I able to request payout at the weekend and receive it on the weekend no?
