Streamate encoder problem

Hi Everyone I have used the encoder before on my laptop no problem but its been about a month since I went on there. Last night I decided to give it another go but every time I click the encoder icon on my desktop to open it the encoder flashes up on my screen for a second then closes. I tried re installing the encoder but still same problem is happening. Anyone have any ideas what is wrong? I have emailed SM but it said a reply can take 3-5 days and I wanted to get on there this evening. Thanks in advance for any replies x

Hi, not sure sorry. You can try emailing liz@streamate.com not sure how good her tech skills are though.

Apparently there is a new streaming page if that helps? My knowledge of SM is limited.
