Pay hasn't arrived

I've just noticed that a group transfer was taken from my account on 14/05/14 with not my account number or sort code beside it. The monies haven't arrived in my account yet. Is this normal? This is my first transfer.

Hi, its dailypays account number and sort code, replied to email. Transfer being deleted and account is currently set to payout on request.

I hadnt changed the account to payout on request yet sorry, there is nothing wrong as such but it wasnt suppose to occur on the account sorry.
