Not being paid or later and later....

Don't get me wrong please, I LOVE daily pay but lately I'm not getting what I'm paying for.

Payment used to be on my bank account around noon or 13 o' clock.

Lately I receive my payments at the end of the day (like 22.00 o'clock..) and a several times now the payments have recieved a day late.
If that happens once or twice, no problem but it's thing that keeps coming back lately.

I am paying a 5% fee to recieve my money every day and not to recieve it 2 days later.

Please don't get me wrong, I really love and appreciate the service and everything you do and don't want to be a bitch.

But I am counting on the money to arrive the next day and it is really sour if you have to wait 2 days for it and have to cancel your plans more and more often because of it.

I just want to bring this to your attention because you have always been quick, kind and helpfull and hopefully the service will improve again.

Hi, didnt realise you had to wait more than a day for payments sorry. Was it AW or SM?

10pm is fine for payments to arrive, we have a few things causing pay timings to slip abit, changing to the new banking system, customer service demands and the new employees.

At present its unknown whether the new employees are able to deal with the work load, their rate of mistakes is higher than mine. May have to let them go.

The banks as you know where charging us more than we were making, giving dp an end date as theres no point operating at a loss. Fortunately we found a new bank that charges abit less so we are able to make our 1% profit now. Even at that im still deciding whether to just close dp or not, seems abit pointless to be honest and with the amount of stress im under its affecting my health quite alot lately.

Todays delay originates from 2 sources, the switch in banks means I have to add every single person to the pay system then pay them, takes around twice as long but once you do it once you dont have to add them again so a short term problem. The other reason is customer service, I still have 1 member who emails constantly demanding everything under the sun and expects me to reply instantly, unfortunately this member has twitter, other forum accounts and a big mouth, so I feel "trapped", im unable to ban them and im unable to service their account. I have had to ask another dp member to specifically deal with this one persons customer service demands as I simply cannot cope any more.


I will try to improve your pay timings (eg no more 2day wait) if you can let me know which site it was from.

Pay timings can only improve by a tiny tiny amount, the more members we have the longer it takes, there is no way around this. Original members will remember we use to have all pay sent before 1am each day, now we are about about 6pm each day, its just the way it is and cannot be changed.

Closing dp seems like a very attractive option at the moment, people just never understand the amount of stress im under, 9 years of this and no life. No days off either. Feel like sitting in a corner and crying but I still know theres people sitting on the other side of their computer "hating" on me because I havent replied to them yet.

I understand you must get a lot of emails and have a lot of work to do. As I said, I love dailypay, but I do need it to receive the money daily instead of every 2 days.

But I did feel the need to let you know that I am paying a fee to receive my payment daily.
Because I too have no life because I have to be on cam at least 11 hours a day 7 days a week to make ends meet.
So when a payment arrives over a day late, I have to find other ways of making ends meet and skip nights to pay my bills.

I work on AW and have a RBS account.

Would be a massive shame if you closed down, do keep us updated on your thoughts regarding this and if there's anything we can do to reduce your stress/workload. I'd recommend cammers keep something aside for the next day so they aren't hanging on for their payment to be credited. Thanks for your hard work, p x

Hi, from memory im not aware of any 1 day delays on the AW account sorry. I will keep an eye on the account.

(just remembered your username on AW, I remember something recently regarding payments, couldnt find exact details but will try harder to make sure its sent on time everytime)

I also should of added my recent bout of stressful mass emails was due to the banks charging us more than we were making, I had to place all my lifes savings and all of the dp profit into the account just to keep the service ticking over, then I had to take out a loan. As it stands today I have nothing, all those years of working endless hours and all the abuse taken for nothing in the end. Wasted years of my life.

Don't give up!! if you need more interns or something let us know? my Bf hangs about all day doing not a lot and he is pretty smart with computers and stuff. Would that help? It's not always possible to keep something aside if every single penny you make goes to the bills.

Now this would be a good idea.

Not only will it reduce rates for admin, it will also be a big motivation for girls to make the 2 tenners and to get it the next day.

Hi, pay file was sent on time this end but it looks like the cashflow employee didnt process the file. They will normally do it tomorrow now just sorry.
