Hi is there a limit to what you can take out on this card, as it's not letting me draw out any money, only pay using card machines at the checkout.

I suggest you stop trying to withdraw an call CashFlows. As I had a similar problem so reverted to Payoneer as this card left me stranded twice. The cash point said to me at one time that the transaction could not be completed.
Cashflows said that I got the money from the Atm despite me saying to them I didn't. I manage to go into Halifax (it was a Halifax atm) and speak to a branch manager. Who said that I should demand Cashflows contact them and query the transaction.
Cash flows wanted me to wait 28 days to see if the bank would come after the money, though the bank had already said to me the finds was not dispensed. After about a week of waiting I got pissed and sent Cashflows an email and also added WatchDog to the email (massive bluff but it worked) .
I got an email and phone call the very same day saying they would put the money back on the card instantly. An they would wait the 28 days, as it was to no fault of my own. 28 days after an I have not gotten any letters to say that I owe them, so am guessing they realised the funds was not dispensed as I told em.
That happened to me twice so I do not use em anymore. Also I have noticed sometimes when you call the number on the back of the card, you sometimes get put through to a company who says they have no affiliation to that particular card, so not sure why the calls are routed to them.
Give them a call and see what they say. As would not like you to have a similar experience x

I also had a similar experience i tried to get £30 out, said transaction not completed but the money went off my balance, Cashflow weren't that great tbh, took about 45 mins to get them to understand the issue, then they claimed it had never happened before, then they wanted me to go into a Nationwide (it was their atm) to sort it.. err no i live like 20 miles from my nearest.
Many emails went back and forwards and eventually after 10 days the money was returned to me.
Put me right off , ok it was only £30 but it could have been for alot more.

The card is in Beta so only 3 employees at cashflows know the details the relationship between us and them. I should probably write up a full system for the prepaid card.

Hi all sorry i haven't replied sooner.Thanks for all your messages but the problem has been sorted.
It turns out that when i applied for the card (showing my I.D) They said they couldn't match the addresses as i had moved,therefore there was a restriction put on the card,as to how much i could withdraw.
They resolved the problem the next day,as i had scanned over proof of address etc.Ispoke to a lady called Ambia Begum,she was very helpful.Thanks to her i now have a withdrawel limit of £100 per day 2x 500,which is great x
